Graston Technique
Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy that uses specific instruments designed to treat soft tissue complaints. These metal tools are used to gently scrape the skin and underlying soft tissue structures, helping increase range of motion and promote tissue healing. Dr. Poland has a variety of soft tissue instruments that are used during treatments to address muscle/fascia adhesions, tendon issues, sprained ligaments, and other dysfunctional soft tissue complaints.
